ABOUT FOOD DESIGN 12

Through this course, students will be introduced to the elements and Principles of Design, then apply them to presentation of food.  Practical topics include food photography basics, bread and pastries, cakes and cake decorating techniques, garnishes, plate presentation, pysanka, herb garden, and entertaining.  Instead of a final exam, your end of semester project will be a food blog (digital cookbook) including all your recipes and photos of your culinary creations.

ABOUT MX. BA JULL

Hadih! I am BA or Mx. Jull, whichever you prefer! I am excited to explore your culinary passions and expand your culinary and artistic vision throughout this course. Together, we will build and design food blogs, highlighting the beauty and creativity that can be found through food. Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions!
